Join us for a stroll in nature in community. These strolls will be within half hour of Bergen, NY; with the default location being the Westshore Rail trail West Sweden Rd Trailhead. This trail is mostly flat, and mostly rock covered; Families and dogs are welcome (I will more than likely have both family and dog with me, depending on the weather!
