Join us for Monday Night Chair Yoga! All postures are done in, or with the assistance of the chair. This class is designed as a gentle stretch for all levels of practice. Please let me know if you have any specific accommodation requests or concerns prior to class time.
Class is an hour long, and will generally include some meditation, breathwork, gentle movement and a savasana (with the option to recline on the floor for a traditional savasana if desired).
Pay what you want, come as you are. No experience needed!
