Gentle Yoga & Sound

Ease into the weekend with a gentle strech, followed by sound assited savasana. This is an adaptable mat based class, mostly seated and supine postures, limited standing. May be helpful to have a chair/wall for balance needs or comfort. Any additional props you typically use to enhance your practice will be helpful. Class will start with some meditation and/or breathwork, followed by about 40 minutes of gentle movement and end with a sound bath savasana.
